Astria Wong is a licensed real estate broker and the founder of Astria & Associates Realty, a Scottsdale-based boutique brokerage specializing in residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, and property management. With more than 26 years of industry experience, Astria leads a multilingual team serving homeowners, investors, and property operators throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Her extensive experience includes single-family residential transactions, investment property acquisitions, and third-party property management, giving her a unique perspective on the evolving single-family rental and build-to-rent markets. She is a member of the CCIM Institute, the National Association of Realtors, a board member with the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and a former Scottsdale Association of Realtors board member.
Beyond real estate, Astria is deeply engaged in community leadership and advocacy. She has received the Arizonans Who Care Award and the Scottsdale Unsung Hero Merit Award. She previously served as a volunteer mediator with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Civil Rights Division and currently serves on the Chancellor’s Advisory Board of Maricopa Community Colleges. She is also President of OCA-Greater Phoenix, Interim Executive Director of Make Us Visible.
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, Astria also serves as a court and medical interpreter supporting Arizona’s Asian immigrant community.
Born and raised in Hong Kong as a British citizen, Astria earned a B.S. in Vocational Education from Cal State University, Long Beach and holds a lifetime community-college teaching certificate from UCLA. Her combination of hands-on real estate experience, property-management expertise, and deep knowledge of the Arizona market makes her a valuable voice on SFR/BTR operations, investor services, property management, and the changing role of independent and third-party operators across the Western U.S. market.
