Chas is the CEO of Grove. He sets the vision and strategic direction for the firm, while actively managing the operations and growth of Grove’s businesses. Chas has held a variety of leadership, operations, and finance roles at small and medium sized business and is passionate about entrepreneurship and talent development. He has also worked as an investor covering the real estate services and technology sectors at Franklin Templeton ($1.5T AUM) and Dodge & Cox ($400B AUM).

Chas earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an Honors BS, summa cum laude, in Finance from the University of Utah. Chas grew up in a family of small business owners in Salt Lake City, UT, and lives in San Francisco, CA.
