Chris Poston is the Executive Vice President of Asset and Property Management at Wrightwell, a vertically integrated real estate operating and investment platform. Mr. Poston has more than 10 years of experience in the SFR industry, responsible for overseeing operational and investment performance for several firms nationally. Before joining Wrightwell, Mr. Poston developed investment strategies and operational infrastructure for groups including Rothesay U.S. and Starwood Capital. Over the course of his career, Mr. Poston has been at the forefront of the evolution of SFR operations — namely, he was responsible for establishing and leading the Asset and Property Management infrastructure at Darwin Homes (acquired by Pagaya Technologies) and Sylvan Road Capital. Mr. Poston has acquired over 10,000 homes, managed over 15,000 homes, and overseen investment strategies totaling over $2.0B in equity during his career. Mr. Poston also spent five years in both corporate finance for Fortune 500 companies and conducting research and development for the U.S. Department of Defense. Mr. Poston holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Widener University and an MBA from Villanova University with dual specializations in Finance and Real Estate.
