Christopher Zachary brings more than 25 years of financial and corporate strategy experience to his role as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Kinloch Partners, LLC and its operating affiliates.

Mr. Zachary has been instrumental in the growth of the company from an initial start-up, to its evolution into a multi-state, single family rental housing development and management company. In addition to providing strategic guidance regarding the company’s financing and capital management, Mr. Zachary has led the build out of the company’s real estate acquisition and management platform, positioning it for rapid growth.

Zachary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Adrian College, located in Adrian, Michigan, as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Strategy, from the University of Michigan, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

He is a resident of Chicago, IL, is married to Kimberly Zachary and is a stepfather of one.
