David is the Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Stone View Holdings (SVH), a family-owned real estate company with approximately $300 million in assets under management across multiple asset classes. He oversees acquisitions and asset management for SVH’s build-for-rent portfolio, comprising 14 communities and more than 400 homes. Prior to co-founding Stone View with his father in 2021, David gained experience across the fund, sponsor, and lender sides of the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master in Real Estate from Cornell University.
