He has since served in a series of director roles overseeing Residential Books, Operations and now serves as the Executive Director of the Residential & Commercial pillars. With his team James supports PMI’s individually owned and operated franchise locations with data-driven operating playbooks, scalable revenue solutions, and financial controls that protect NOI across 48 markets nationwide.
