Jeff Fechter is the Co-Founder and CEO of HouseMax Funding, LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in the residential real estate investment industry. Jeff also co-founded a real estate investment firm focused on sourcing high-quality opportunities for Central Texas investors—creating a strategic pipeline of clients who rely on HouseMax Funding capital to acquire and scale their real estate portfolios.

Before launching HouseMax Funding, Jeff co-founded Aslan Residential (TX), a private equity investment platform that acquired, repositioned, and sold more than 300 residential properties in Central Texas. Prior to leading the Texas division, Jeff served as Vice President of Sales for Aslan Residential, where he built and managed a brokerage team responsible for selling over 2,000 repositioned homes. He led and developed a team of 20–40 professionals who sourced 50–70 investment opportunities each month on behalf of the Aslan Funds.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys time with his wife and two children. He is a competitive golfer with a single-digit handicap and a former collegiate volleyball player—still playing several times a week.
