Kaycee Kisling serves as Senior Managing Director of Multifamily Investments at Mark-Taylor, concentrating on leading the performance, growth and evolution of the company’s expanding BTR portfolio. Having built her career at Mark-Taylor over the past two decades, Kaycee has successfully leased up more than 5,000 units and provides executive oversight across a diverse array of Class-A BTR assets.

Kaycee partners with investors, development teams and operational leaders to deliver exceptional resident experiences while maximizing asset value. She plays a key role in defining and scaling Mark-Taylor’s BTR portfolio to meet market demand. Her leadership spans portfolio strategy, team development and long-term capital planning, making her a trusted expert in the BTR sector.

She has been honored with several Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) Tribute Award nominations and in 2024, the highest honor at her organization, the Mark-Taylor Award.
