Kevin Lilly is Chief Executive Officer of KeyPleaz, a task-sharing platform that connects property managers, owners and brokerages with licensed, insured, verified real estate agents for on-demand property field work. Tasks include showings, property access, move-in and move-out documentation, notice posting, vendor meet-ins and post-incident checks. KeyPleaz gives operators licensed boots on the ground, on site and on demand, without carrying fixed field cost in every market.

Kevin joined KeyPleaz in 2025 after more than 30 years leading revenue growth and commercial operations in healthcare, medical technology and technology-enabled services. He was Senior Vice President of Sales at MiMedx Group (NASDAQ: MDXG), where he led a national organization of 400+ professionals during a period when MiMedx was named the 5th fastest growing public company in the US. He has also held senior leadership roles at McKesson Technology Solutions, Carolina Precision Technologies and Baxter Healthcare. He holds an MBA from Thunderbird and dual BS degrees from Kansas State University, and is based in Atlanta.
