Marnie Vaughn is an experienced real estate executive with nearly 30 years in leadership, operations, and transformation across SFR, multifamily, and BTR platforms. During her 12-year tenure at Invitation Homes, she held multiple roles culminating as Senior Vice President of Transformation & Innovation and member of the Executive Committee. She helped build the company’s leasing and property management platform from the ground up, centralizing and overseeing key operational functions that enabled growth from a few thousand to more than 110,000 homes.

Trained by McKinsey & Company to architect and operate a Transformation & Innovation Office, Marnie led enterprise-wide initiatives that improved NOI, customer experience, and associate engagement. A passionate developer of people and teams, she also led the rebranding and relaunch of the company’s Women’s Impact Network (WIN) ERG, fostering leadership excellence and inclusion across the organization.

Marnie serves on the Advisory Boards of TransUnion and mash (Making Accessible Smart Homes) and has been an active member of the National Rental Home Council (NRHC) Legal Committee and Women in SFR. As President & Founder of RealEdge Consulting, she partners with owner operators, vendors and investors across SFR, BTR, multifamily, and manufactured housing to scale operations, execute transformations, and build high-performing teams for sustainable success.
