Parker Christie is the Founder and CEO of Oak Street Partners, a vertically integrated real estate investment and operating company focused on affordable housing in Northeast Ohio. Founded in 2023, Oak Street has grown in just a few years to a portfolio of 205 rental units across 117 properties throughout the region.

Oak Street raises private capital to acquire, renovate, and operate residential properties, while managing its portfolio in-house. The company has a significant focus on serving tenants who receive rental assistance through programs such as Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8), HUD-VASH, and other county and state-administered housing programs.

Parker oversees the firm’s capital raising, acquisitions, renovations, and property management, with a focus on building a scalable, professionally managed affordable housing platform designed to generate strong, cash-flow-focused returns while mitigating downside risk.
