Sebastian Stofenmacher is a licensed real estate broker in California and Florida, and Principal of Edgestone Real Estate, where he has spent the past 15+ years building a business centered on distressed property transactions for institutional clients — banks, hedge funds, hard money lenders, and corporate sellers. Over his career, Sebastian has managed over $1 billion in real estate sales and built relationships with major institutional partners including Bank of America, Fannie Mae, PennyMac, Rocket Mortgage, Selene, Toorak, and Temple View Capital, Tricon, among others. He also serves as Broker of Record for California for Xome.

Sebastian's expertise spans the full lifecycle of REO assets — from property preservation, code compliance, and city inspections to court appearances, rehabilitation, and closing. He has built and managed real estate teams across California and Florida, with a primary focus on Los Angeles County, and has negotiated complex compliance agreements with municipalities in both states. He has been recognized nationally for his production, including a spot on RealTrends' ranking of top real estate agents in the United States by volume.

Alongside his brokerage, Sebastian is a real estate investor in his own right, actively buying, rehabbing, and selling homes, and managing a personal portfolio worth over $20 million across Los Angeles and New Jersey. He holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of Southern California and is an active member of NAHREP, having served on its Los Angeles Executive Board. He speaks fluent English and Spanish.
