Steven Weinstock is a real estate investor with more than 20 years of experience buying single family homes, mixed use properties, and large multifamily assets across New Jersey, Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida. He is the founder of WE Capital and the Goethals Capital Fund, where he focuses on acquiring one to four unit properties in the suburbs of New York City using all cash to secure deep discounts and eliminate mortgage risk in year one.

Steven has raised more than 35 million from private investors and has built a track record of buying properties at strong values, stabilizing them through hands on management, and creating reliable long term income. Over the years he has completed syndications, launched a closed end fund, and operated a first lien mortgage fund that invests in short term bridge loans secured by real estate. Steven and his team underwrite every deal directly, evaluate collateral, and invest only in first position loans with conservative loan to value ratios.

He also hosts The Wealth Clock with Steven Weinstock, a weekly podcast featuring operators, founders, and closers who share what works in real time. Steven speaks at industry events, appears on panels, and publishes a weekly LinkedIn newsletter where he shares lessons from more than 2 decades in real estate.
