Tauheed Siddiqui has carved a niche for himself in the realm of real estate investment. To date, Tauheed has successfully managed the acquisition/disposition, and oversight of over 2,400 multifamily units located in key regions such as Georgia, Florida, Texas, and NW Arkansas. His portfolio reflects a rich tapestry of properties, from the luxury of Class A to the essential dynamics of Class B and C establishments.

In 2013, with a vision for the future of real estate and a passion for community development, Tauheed established TAAS Investments. Under this banner, his firm has been instrumental in transforming untouched parcels of land into thriving Build-to-Rent (BTR) communities, especially in the dynamic North Dallas region. TAAS Investments currently oversees an array of BTR projects, each in its unique phase of development, ranging from conception to vibrant, occupied communities.

Prior to the inception of TAAS, Mr. Siddiqui had a distinguished tenure in the finance sector, holding pivotal roles in renowned Japanese and Swiss banks. His financial acumen finds its roots in an MBA from the prestigious Fordham University in New York.
