Tim Leber serves as Vice President of Loan Origination at CoreVest Finance, a Division of Redwood Trust and a leading private lender specializing in real estate investment finance. He brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, focusing on financing solutions for single-family rental, multifamily, and build-to-rent projects nationwide. With over $1B in loans funded across the country Tim has been able to provide solutions for clients ranging from mom & pop operators to institutional CRE/SFR investment companies looking to scale their business. Additionally, his background in real estate operations and asset management—overseeing renovations, contractor management, and capital improvement programs—provides a strong foundation in underwriting, cash flow analysis, and investment advisory. Tim holds a Bachelors Degree in Development from the University of Arizona along with a number of continued education courses specific to real estate.
