Property Manager/Owner/Operator Rate

Management/Owner/Operator rate eligible for those who act exclusively as short-term rental owners, operators, and management companies. Those affiliated with other business lines and those that conduct third party services are ineligible for this rate (including tech platforms, staffing and training agencies, design and procurement services, market intelligence, lenders, insurers, etc.).
