Adam Whitmire is a third-generation investor and developer with 23 years of real estate experience spanning single-family and multifamily assets, land development, and ground-up construction. As Principal of Arabella Capital, he focuses on building durable income and growth through disciplined portfolio construction, private credit, and real estate development across the Southeast.

Over his career, Mr. Whitmire has assembled a track record of 32 projects totaling more than $400 million in total capitalization. His experience covers lot development, build-to-rent communities, multifamily, self-storage, single-family rental portfolios, and short-term rentals. The current and historical pipeline includes 11 full-cycle (realized) projects alongside a mix of projects under construction, in operation, and in pre-development.

In the single-family rental space, Mr. Whitmire has represented eight of the largest institutional investment funds in the U.S., facilitating the acquisition of over 1,000 single-family homes through portfolio transactions and direct purchases. His SFR portfolio work alone represents more than $56 million in transaction volume, with key counterparties including Progressive, Colony American Homes, Invitation Homes (Blackstone), Silver Bay, Waypoint-Starwood, and others. This institutional experience, combined with his development and private-credit platform, gives him a unique perspective on risk management, capital structure design, and exit strategies across market cycles.
