Or Dori was born in Israel and grew up in Miami, which is where the villa business found him. Or started as a property manager, ensuring every detail of a property was up to par, and within a few years managed a book of business. This meant no stone was left unturned. Or internalized all aspects of the business - from the details of a stay to the business’ leadership and operations - learning what clients look for, which locations matter and why, and how quickly an answer needs to arrive before the booking finds a new home.

With a keen eye for detail and a fresh understanding of a fragmented industry, Or founded Tucasa in late 2025. Or quickly noticed a clear gap in the market, travel advisors with clients on high-budgets still could not successfully book luxury villas - jumping through hoops, writing multiple managers, waiting excessively for rates that would change in the span on the deal. Today, Tucasa is home to travel agents and villa managers worldwide, with a process, exclusivity, and keen eye for detail that is making this fragmented industry, more unified.
