Pedro Zevallos is the Head of Customer Success at SummerOS. Prior to transitioning to SummerOS, Pedro was the Head of Acquisitions at Summer, where he led the sourcing, underwriting, and evaluation of all vacation rentals onboarded on to Summer's management platform. By the time Summer sold its portfolio in January 2025, Summer had close to 90 strong performing vacation rentals in dozens of markets across the US. Prior to joining Summer, Pedro was Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Second Avenue, where he was responsible for executing its build-to-rent SFR platform across the U.S. Prior to that, Pedro was Vice President of Acquisitions at Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners, responsible for acquisition and partnerships for all Graduate Hotels.
