Steve Schwab, is the Founder and CEO of Casago, a short term rental management company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Casago represents approximately 4,000 properties located in communities across the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Schwab’sdedication and technological expertise have transformed the business over the last 22 years, promoting genuine hospitality, greater efficiency and full transparency for property owners, vendors, and guests. Schwab is a self-described "Property Management Nerd" whose commitment to operational excellence inspired him to collaborate on multiple software solutions and industry “first” technologies such as Streamline, Guest Ranger, Good Neighbor Tech, and others. As a graduate of New Mexico State University and former member of the U.S. Army Special Operations community, Schwab has a unique understanding of what it takes to establish delivery systems that are goal focused. For the short term rental management industry, this means putting the right people and processes in place to ensure that all of a property owner’s needs are met in a timely, transparent, and exceptional manner.
