Tal Alon is the CEO of Nomada Destination Residences, a Miami-based short-term rental operator managing 500+ units across the city's prime neighborhoods — including Downtown, the Design District, and Miami Beach — on behalf of individual owners and in partnership with developers. Tal has spent more than a decade building and running hospitality operations in Miami. Before Nomada, he served nearly ten years as COO of Royal Stays Miami, where he led hotel openings and revenue management across the portfolio. That operator's lens — pricing, guest experience, and owner economics — is exactly what he brings to the table: primary, on-the-ground data on how Miami short-term rentals actually perform. He holds a degree from Touro University and is based in Miami.
