Valerie Gangas is the founder and CEO of Juniper Holiday + Home, a luxury vacation rental company known for delivering unforgettable guest experiences through elevated design and high-touch hospitality. With a portfolio spanning Southwest Michigan, Naples, and Whitefish, Valerie has led Juniper’s growth from a small collection of homes to a leading boutique brand in the short-term rental space.

Her career began in her family’s restaurants outside Chicago, where she learned the value of service and community at a young age. Valerie later worked with the David Lynch Foundation and on meditation-based wellness programs with Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Studios, experiences that shaped her people-first, heart-led approach to hospitality. She is also the author of two spiritual self-help books and a newly appointed board member of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where she contributes her expertise in design-forward property management and guest-centric operations.
