With such a large customer base, they are innovating in their IT department to better communicate within the company and also with their customers. Coca Cola products are distributed in over 200 countries and also have 300 bottling partners through out the world. Up-to-date tools are critical to keep this world wide operation running.
I think that for being one of the biggest beverage distributors in the world, and having such a long distribution chain (Coca Cola -> Distributor -> Retailer -> Consumer), they're making key innovations in order to connect with the customers and find out what works for their company as well as their customers.
