Course Overview
The Instructional Systems Design (ISD) programme is a rigorous, hands-on, three-day learning experience designed for instructional designers, facilitators, curriculum developers, and L&D professionals, particularly those who are new to the field or transitioning into design roles.
Grounded in systems thinking and adult learning theory, the course introduces and applies the ADDIR model (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, Revise) to enable participants to create intentional, learner-focused solutions that improve performance and deliver measurable outcomes.

Certification Requirements
You must meet two criteria to be eligible for an Informa Connect Academy Certificate of Completion:
- Satisfactory attendance: You must attend all sessions of the course. If, for any reason, you miss more than two hours of the course sessions, youwill not be eligible to sit the course assessment
- Successful completion of the course assessment: Assessments will be ongoing and based on in-class participation and activities
