By plane
Boston Logan International Airport is located 4.5 miles from the The Westin Copley Place, Boston.
Drive from Airport: Approximately 20-35 minutes to the venue, depending on traffic.
Logan Express Back Bay service + Walk:
- Follow the signs for the Logan Express Back Bay Service (The bus picks up passengers at each terminal and runs every 20-30 minutes.)
- Board the Logan Express ($3 fare)
- Ride 2 stops to Dartmouth St, opposite Back Bay Station
- Walk approximately 5-7 minutes (or take a short taxi) to The Westin Copley Place
Public Transport from Airport: Approximately 25-35 minutes.
Fare: $2.40 with a CharlieCard, or $2.90 with a CharlieTicket.
The fastest way to get from Boston Logan International Airport to The Westin Copley Place using public transportation is by taking the MBTA Blue Line and the Green Line.
- Take the free Massport Shuttle from Logan Airport to the MBTA Blue Line: Look for the shuttle bus outside any terminal, which will take you to the Airport Station on the Blue Line (this ride is free).
- Take the Blue Line inbound (toward Bowdoin) to Government Center Station: Board the Blue Line at Airport Station and ride for 2 stops until you reach Government Center Station.
- Transfer to the Green Line (any "B", "C", or "D" train) to Copley Station: At Government Center, switch to the Green Line. Take any Green Line train (except the "E" train) heading toward Copley Station.
- Get off at Copley Station: The Westin Copley Place is a short walk from Copley Station.

Arrival Guide
Registration and Badge Pick Up for the conference will be held on Level 3 of the venue. This can be accessed via elevators or escalators to Level 3.
The conference will be held within the Essex Ballroom & Foyer, on Level 3 - all accessible via elevator and no-step functionality.
Toilets
There are accessible toilets throughout the hotel. In the conference area, there are accessible toilets on each floor, with a dedicated stall in each restroom.
Assistance Dogs
Service animals are welcome in the hotel venue. Assistance dogs can be catered for with bowls of water.
