Anjna works tirelessly to change the public’s perception of parking. Her determination and tenacity took her from a Traffic Warden in the 1980s, to become the first woman to hold the position of Principal Officer of Road Safety & Parking at Sandwell Council
In 2012 she set up the first Women in Parking community and was appointed British Parking Association President. She is currently Chair of its Board. Anjna is dedicated to the progression of the parking profession and helped introduce parking qualifications that set standards across the sector.
In 2017 Anjna was awarded an MBE in recognition of her contributions to parking, road safety and her charity work.
