Ashley D'Souza, born and raised in Sharjah, has been a UAE resident for over 26 years. He earned a Bachelors of Commerce from Bangalore University.

His career journey began at RakBank in 2015, followed by a move to Scania in 2016, where he developed expertise in customer service and aftersales service. In December 2022, he joined UD Trucks, focusing on service sales and customer experience, with a mission to optimize service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Ashley co-founded a service apartment in 2019, highlighting his entrepreneurial spirit.

Ashley is passionate about service-oriented roles, having worked in customer service, financial service, and aftersales service. In his current role, he leverages vehicle connectivity technology to optimize operations, reduce costs, and promote sustainability in the automotive industry.
