Harj Dhaliwal is a seasoned executive with an established track record in the Middle East, India, and Europe. With over 40 years in transportation, infrastructure, and advanced mobility.

Harj is currently the Owner of Genesis Urban a strategy advisory consultancy and the COO of startup eLZee Autonomous Drone Technologies focused on bringing last mile delivery to reality. Prior to his current roles Harj pioneered Hyperloop technology across the Middle East and India.

Harj has a proven track record for delivering mega transport projects and developing commercial opportunities in complex, political, and regulated environments demonstrated by delivering the first national digital railway in the UAE and developing the concession agreement for Virgin Hyperloop on the Mumbai to Pune PPP Hyperloop project.

Prior to his current role Harj was the Managing Director for Virgin Hyperloop, and Senior Vice President for Parsons Corporation.

He is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Member of the UK Engineering Council, Advisor to Airbus.
