Masaki Tatsumi is a seasoned professional with over 8 years of commitment to the global commercial vehicle industry. Currently, he holds the role of Product Manager for the UD Trucks Middle East and North & East Africa region. Masaki embarked on his remarkable journey in 2015 when he joined UD Trucks. Starting from the ground up, he immersed himself in production assembly to gain valuable insights into product design and structure. Progressing in his understanding of the truck business, Masaki then transitioned to the role of a trainee customer adviser, where he further sharpened his expertise.

Masaki's career has been marked by a strong dedication to the "GEMBA" experience, where value-creating work truly takes place. He achieved great success by leading a production launch project for the Japanese market, and subsequently, he moved into the international business arena, specializing in quality management for a duration of three years. It was during this time that Masaki's ability to providing solutions aimed at maximizing uptime and delivering value to customers earned him the UD Trucks Chairman's Award in 2021.

Since the year 2022, Masaki Tatsumi has relocated to Dubai, where he continues to deepen his involvement in product management. Here, he maintains a sharp focus on understanding and addressing customer needs, adapting product updates according to their valuable feedback. Masaki Tatsumi's career in the commercial vehicle industry is characterized by his commitment to excellence and a steadfast dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
