Michael Kelly is president of Viion Systems - a Canadian company that stands at the forefront of technological advancement. With a PhD in Computer Vision and several patents awarded in his name, his career has focused on products that employ advanced vision technologies. As founder and VP Engineering of AutoVu Technologies (now part of Genetec), he was the architect of early license plate recognition (LPR) algorithms along with a number of related end-user products. He co-founded Viion systems in 2008, and continues to be involved in the development of smart camera systems.
