Roger has been involved in the development and commercialisation of innovative technologies for over 20 years. He co-founded HRS (part of Ramudden Digital) in 2011 following the death of a Road Worker in the UK. This tragic incident, caused by an errant vehicle entering a road works site, was the catalyst for the development of an Incursion Warning System for road workers which is now recognised as best practice in the UK with more than 18,000 deployments in 2022. Roger is a holds an MsC in International Business from Radboud University Netherlands and a BsC from Bond University Australia.
