Eng. Samyah AlDubaili is well accomplished UAE National Employee of Dubai Municipality with 12 Years of experience in HSE. Samyah is the Corporate HSE Manager responsible for corporate HSE policy making and HSE Systems deployment across Dubai Municipality, ensuring it compliance and reducing workplace risks. She has a proven ability to develop and implement effective safety strategies to protect personnel, assets, and the environment across the Municipality and its Operations. Samyah has been part of the coveted Intilaq Graduates Program (UAE Leadership Program) and has worked with IKEA - Dubai and Al Futtaim – Toyota where she had excellent exposure to best Practices in HSE and Quality such as Kaizen and Six Sigma. She is a certified HAZOP leader and Security Practitioner. Samyah has extensive experience in accident Investigation, Fire safety and Security practices implemented by Dubai Municipality. Samyah enjoys travelling and volunteering in her free time.
