Abhijay Bhatia is Director of Transfer Pricing Operations at ConvaTec. He was previouly the Transfer Pricing Manager for the EMEA region at Intel Corporation where he was responsible for all of the EMEA region compliance activities, controversy management, risk management including OECD BEPS Action Items assessment, APA negotiations and new business support. Abhijay has a MBA degree from University of Washington-Seattle and a Master’s in Taxation degree from San Jose State University.
