Sean is an expert in EPO Opposition proceedings, patents and IP strategy. Sean also advises his clients on commercial collaboration and joint development of technologies, including IP licences and IP agreements. He has successfully represented SME clients in licence negotiations with Tier 1 automotive manufacturers and OEMs.

His principal areas of technical expertise are electronics, medical devices, and software. He qualified as a Chartered patent attorney in 2010 and a European patent attorney in 2011.
