Accommodation:
Included in the conference price are four nights' accommodation (from Monday to Thursday night). All rooms are private with ensuite bathrooms, all meals and evening networking activities. Drinks at the college bar are not included.

IT Law Summer School arrival & venue information
How to get there:
The closest airport to Cambridge is Stansted Airport which is only a thirty-minute bus or train journey away.
You can get to Cambridge from London by rail and trains regularly from both Liverpool Street and King's Cross stations (every 15 minutes at peak times). The journey takes from 45 to 90 minutes dependent on the train.
Regular buses to Cambridge's Drummer Street bus station depart every hour from all major airports, as well as National Express coaches to and from all major cities in Britain.

On Arrival:
When you arrive on Monday morning, please go to the Howard Building. If you need directions then please ask at the Porter's Lodge at Downing College (next to the main entrance gate).
Registration:
The registration desk can be found in the Howard Building. It will be signposted onsite on your arrival. You will receive your badge and documentation at Informa Connect's registration desk in the Howard Building (ground floor). Your badge should be worn at all times.
Our team will be staffing the desk throughout the week during conference hours so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
Facilities:
There is a gym onsite; please ask the team about how to access it when you arrive.
The Howard Building ground floor will also be open throughout the summer school for your use, containing both the registration desk and the college bar (which will be open from 6:30pm each night). Please note that the bar accepts cards only, no cash.
Ironing facilities are available in the shared kitchens on each floor. Please ask our team for more details.
Dietary/Accessibility Requirements:
The college can cater for dietary requirements, but please let our team know 1 week in advance of arrival.

Dress Code:
Most delegates wear smart casual for the week.
We encourage formal wear/black tie for the gala dinner but this is not a requirement.
Documentation:
The Summer School presentations will be delivered electronically at the beginning of the Summer School, so we suggest you bring a laptop with you.
The college’s WIFI details will be given to you on arrival at the Howard Building.
