Downing college is a 15 - 20 minute walk from the station and about a 10 minute taxi ride. If you choose to take a taxi please provide the driver with the following postcode: CB2 1DQ


Included in the conference price are four nights' accommodation (from Monday to Thursday night), all meals and evening networking activities. Drinks at the college bar are not included. 

To enquire about booking accommodation for extra nights please email - extra nights' accommodation is subject to availability and needs to be paid in advance.

Getting there:

The closest airport to Cambridge is Stansted Airport which is only a thirty minute bus or train journey away.

You can get to Cambridge from London by rail (services run regularly night and day). With trains running every 15 minutes from both Liverpool Street and King's Cross stations. The journey takes from 45 to 90 minutes dependent on the train.

Regular buses to Cambridge's Drummer Street bus station depart every hour from all major airports, as well as National Express coaches to and from all major cities in Britain.

On Arrival:

* If you arrive on the Sunday before the course or earlier please report to the Porter's Lodge at Downing College (next to the main entrance gate) to collect your room key, wifi password and important information about your stay.

When you arrive on Monday morning, please go to the Howard Building. If you need directions then please ask at the Porter's Lodge at Downing College (next to the main entrance gate).

The course will take place in the Howard Building. You will receive your badge and documentation at KNect365's registration desk in the Howard Building (ground floor). Your badge should be worn at all times.

You will receive further information about the event and accommodation by KNect365 prior to the event.

Dress Code:

Smart casual (formal dress for the Gala Dinner on Tuesday night). Do make sure to bring a jumper or jacket for the evenings!
