I am an associate in our London-based Privacy & Data Protection team and I advise on a broad range of data protection and ePrivacy compliance issues faced by businesses.

I have experience drafting data protection provisions in commercial contracts and M&A documentation and advising on data privacy risks in transactions and outsourcings. I also advise on GDPR compliance projects, marketing rules, DPIAs and the implementation of innovative technologies, and data breach response strategies.

I have worked with businesses in a range of sectors including sport, media and entertainment, consumer and retail, technology and payment processing.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird I spent four years in the IP/IT and data privacy team of a Magic Circle law firm.
