Senior Legal Counsel, Accenture’s EMEA Gen AI Contracting Lead at Accenture

Lindsey is Senior Legal Counsel in the Contracting Legal Team at Accenture, where she is part of the Market Maker Legal team, advising on Accenture’s largest and most complex deals. She is also Accenture’s EMEA Gen AI Contracting Lead, working as part of a Global Gen AI Contracting team advising Accenture’s global business on its use of Gen AI in client engagements, and is Accenture’s UKIA Financial Services Contracting Lead where she works closely with Accenture’s Financial Services business on deal shaping and negotiations.

Prior to joining Accenture in 2021, Lindsey spent 6 years as a Managing Associate in the TMT team at Linklaters, after having trained and qualified into the TMT team at Pinsent Masons. She has spent her career to date advising on large IT and outsourcing deals, with a particular focus on the Financial Services sector, but with extensive experience in public procurement, health and life sciences, retail and energy.
