Phil Lee is the Managing Director of Digiphile, a challenger law firm specialising in data protection, cybersecurity and digital regulation. Prior to Digiphile, Phil was an equity partner in top-ranked Fieldfisher's Privacy, Security and Information team, where he founded and ran Fieldfisher's office in Silicon Valley from 2012 to 2016. Phil was a contributing author to the IAPP's 1st edition of the IAPP's European Data Protection Law and Practice, and holds CIPP/E, CIPM and FIP certifications with the IAPP. He advises global technology companies operating in the cloud, social and adtech space on all aspects of data protection law and regulation.
