Clementine is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team, focusing on commercial litigation and trust disputes.
She has extensive experience of advising companies, trusts, charities and individuals on a wide range of matters, in both contentious and non-contentious contexts, with particular expertise in company and commercial law.


Clementine trained at Weil Gotshal & Manges, qualifying in 2014. She practised there for four years, and subsequently at Farrer & Co, before joining Payne Hicks Beach in 2022. She has also completed secondments at the investment firms Oaktree Capital and Hambro Perks.

Clementine obtained a master’s degree in English from Trinity Hall, Cambridge, before completing the GDL and LPC (both with distinction). She also has Higher Rights of Audience.
