Constance specialises in trust and probate disputes. She has appeared in a number of highly publicised cases, both at trial and at appellate level including in the Supreme Court in Hirachand v Hirachand in 2024. Constance also has an international practice. She has won the ‘Barrister of the Year’ award at the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards twice.
