Daniel is a barrister at Radcliffe Chambers who specialises in private client disputes alongside insolvency and commercial matters. He is instructed to advise on, and appear in, all manner of trusts and estates disputes including applications for the removal of trustees and personal representatives, trustees’ applications for directions, claims as to the validity of wills and trust instruments, claims for breach of trust and fiduciary duty, and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. He is also called to the bar in the BVI and has been instructed to appear as sole counsel in that jurisdiction as well as provide advice on matters involving BVI entities or structures.
