Hayley Robinson is a Senior Associate in the Private Wealth Disputes team at Stevens & Bolton LLP.

Hayley specialises in trust and estates litigation and is experienced in advising trustees, executors and beneficiaries in relation to probate claims, removal applications and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. In addition to her knowledge of estate disputes and how to navigate them, Hayley also regularly advises on broader trust disputes, including in relation to applications for Beddoe relief, blessing applications under the Public Trustee v Cooper jurisdiction and claims under TOLATA.
