Marta Cenini is of counsel at Maisto and Associati and professor of law at the University of Insubria.

She is an expert in the field of succession and estate planning, having advised several families and HNWI regarding their domestic and cross-border planning, and she is recognized as a professional and an academic with extensive knowledge about trust law, succession law, family law, international private law, charity law and art law.

Marta has also a significant experience in estate dispute resolution. She has assisted several clients in matters related to contentious inheritance, trusts, foundations, family both in mediation procedures and before Court, also in litigations involving different jurisdictions.

She is member of the advisory board of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and member of the main academic association of civil law and of the Academia Internacional Derecho de Sucesiones.
