Steven is the managing partner of the Bahrain office of ASAR – Al Ruwayeh & Partners, a full service law firm operating in Kuwait and Bahrain. Steven has over 11 years’ experience in private practice in Bahrain and has extensive experience in conducting academic and business training, including lecturing for Bachelor’s and Master’s level law and human resources college courses. He has conducted courses with Informa Connect since 2013.
Steven specialized in banking and finance law and corporate restructuring law, in addition to being the employment law expert at the firm. Having practices in Bahrain during the full period when the 2012 Bahrain Labour Law has been in place, Steven has a very particular competence in this field. He also has overseen the settlement and/or litigation of dozens of employment matters, representing in some cases employees and in others, employers.
