Alison is a professional, dynamic and visionary leader, executive trainer, public speaker and coach. Her career began in financial services and later banking, progressing through regional to national roles, including developing and implementing national sales and marketing strategies, performance management, departmental set up and leadership for blue chip organisations such as Aviva, Barclays wealth and AMP.
In 2007 Alison established a coaching and training business, initially working directly with the Kuwait government officials and the oil sector mainly around management development, team building and strategic development. Later she worked with Kuwait investment authority concentrating on Macro-economics and the effects of minimal investment in the country’s infrastructure.
More recently Alison has worked with a number of organisations, predominantly in the financial services, banking and the energy sectors around soft skills training, strategic development, coaching and public speaking. Last year she appeared at Funds Forum and Risk minds to deliver a “finding your voice” boot camp and often speaks at women’s networking events in the financial services and banking sector. She has also worked with, Barclays Bank, Lloyds TSB, Moneyfacts, Aviva, First National Bank, General Guarantee, Virgin Money, Citi bank amongst others.
Alison has many business qualifications and licences including, personal and business coaching, Full financial planning certificate, NLP practitioner, Prince 2, Restorative justice practitioner, Competent supervisor, hypnotherapist, councillor, PTLLS (adult education) and nutritionist. Alison is also level 2 security checked by the Ministry of Defence.
