Paul is an expert Leadership Consultant, Executive Coach and Academic with a wealth of experience in implementing organisational strategies including leadership/organisational coaching, team development, employee activation, engagement and resilience, strategic and cultural change. Paul has a strong track record of success as a Commercial and HR executive in the financial services sector during which time he has received a number of prestigious awards under his belt including being listed twice in the Top 100 Most Influential UK HR Director list and the renowned international Stevie Award for HR Executive. Since moving into consultancy and academia in 2007, Paul has worked with over 150 leading companies and universities and over 5,000 managers across the globe including Europe, Africa, Australia, Asia, and Middle East.
He has worked for many different clients globally including many within the financial services industry including, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group, Moneysupermarket.com, Mutual One, Hewlett Packard, Siemens, QBE Insurance, Air Liquide, Lex Autolease, Alstom UK, Hasbro, Travis Perkins, Wesleyan and Willis Towers Watson.
Paul has a whole plethora of qualifications including, a PhD in Aligning Leadership Behaviour with Organisational Coaching and a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, he is Certified Assessor and Coach of Hogan Assessment Resilience Quotient Inventory, TEIQ Emotional Intelligence, Strength Deployment Inventory, TI DISC and Full Range Leadership MLQ360. He is also an experienced Mind Factor and Mind Zone Resilience Coach.
Paul has held positions of research fellow and visiting professor at a number of universities in the UK and abroad and authored many publications on coaching, talent management and organisational change including being a chapter author for the HR book of the year 2020 IGI Global Book on Evidence-Based Initiatives for Organizational Change and Development. Commercial writing projects include White Papers for leading business consultancies on management topics such as collaborative leadership, systemic risk, DEI and succession planning.
