Blue Moon Caterers began its journey in 2002. After successfully owning local favorites Willie C’s Café and the Red Beans Bayou Grill, CEO Bill Rowe leveraged his 30 years of industry experience to create a company built on high-quality products, exceptional presentation, and first-class guest service.

Since then, Blue Moon has grown into a premier full-service catering company, specializing in customized menus for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Over the years, we have catered numerous high-profile events for clients such as The American Heart Association, Susan B Allen, and Wichita State University.

In 2014, we expanded with Lunar Culinary Services, a contract-based extension providing high-quality food services to organizations such as schools, hospitals, and correctional facilities. Our growth continued in 2024 with the launch of the Lunar Grill, and we are preparing for even greater milestones in 2025, beginning with a move to a state-of-the-art facility designed to support our expanding operations.
