Southern Way Catering was founded by Jimmy Stevenson in 1982. We started as a small company with deep Southern roots and a philosophy that demanded the best in everything we did. We specialize in off-site catering, and can travel anywhere in the Southeast. We design and create large-scale, mobile catering kitchens and successfully choreograph teams of talented and experienced chefs and food service staff, event coordinators, floral designers, and party rental vendors to ensure every event is perfect.
We have extensive background in athletic catering and large-scale commercial food service. In order to maintain the integrity of these events, we use elaborate infrastructure to cater for large groups without losing personal touch. In addition, Southern Way Hospitality Group owns and operates Doc’s Barbeque Restaurant, Crisp Event Rentals, and Capital City Catering. These outlets allow us to expand our offerings, and accommodate client needs on even the busiest dates.
