Arshy holds an MBA as well as certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), organizational development, and Emotional Intelligence (EI), complemented by an Executive Coaching certificate from INSEAD. As a distinguished member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), she has worked extensively with senior leaders and CEOs across diverse industries, serving clients in South Africa, Singapore, the UK, UAE, and Pakistan.
