My professional journey began over two decades ago in South Africa within the telecommunications sector, following my studies in Human Resources and Psychology. Since then, I've embarked on a journey spanning various industries, continents, and roles within HR. While my expertise primarily lies in generalist HR, I've specialised in Talent over the past seven years. Managing this portfolio has been immensely fulfilling, as it allows me to tangibly impact people's lives. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to empowering women, which I consider among my most significant accomplishments.
